After more than 20 years serving the non-profit sector, I founded Hines Group, LLC to elevate the impact of non-profits. I am passionate about helping non-profit and mission-driven organizations better achieve their mission by securing new and increased funding, organizing and streamlining grant systems, and developing new partnerships to increase impact. I work directly with executive leadership, founders, the development team, and program staff to build on strengths, identify challenges, capitalize on opportunities, analyze impact, implement strategic solutions, and put great ideas into practice. One of my specialties is helping organizations articulate outcomes and impact for both internal planning and program development purposes as well as to communicate effectively with partners and funders.
